Train hard. Log less.
An example of the assistant. The athlete says 4 sets of 5 squats at 100 kg, then 3 sets of 10 pull-ups, then a 5 km run, and each one is added to the workout as a part, already logged.
Say your sets as you go, and plan by the week, not the day.
Just talk, mid‑set or mid‑run
Tap once and talk. The assistant adds each exercise to your workout, already logged. You can type instead.
More you can say
You say: Make it 4 sets, I have time for one more
The assistant: Now 4 sets
You say: I also ran 3 km in 16 minutes
The assistant: Added Run
You say: Call it leg day
The assistant: Named it Leg Day
Plan the week, not the day
Plan three runs and two lifts for the week, then train on whatever days suit you. Weeks add up to blocks, each with its own goal.
An example of a block's weeks. Five workouts are planned for each week and done on different days each week, and each week done fills one more of the block's eight weeks.
One tap per set
Log a set, and the rest timer starts by itself, with last time's numbers under each box. Every kind of work has a screen of its own.

Posing practice, pose by pose
For bodybuilders with a coach. Your coach sets the routine, you record it in one go, and you get feedback on every pose.

We are testing it on iOS and Android, and we plan to release it on both.
